Services

Pick the level that fits the size of the problem.

Every service does the same job at a different scale: find where AI makes or saves you money, build it, and keep it running. Start with the Assessment or the Audit. We scope everything after that with you, in writing, before work starts.

01

Find the money

One-off work that shows you where AI pays in your business, before you commit to a build.

Entry point · start here

AI Tools Assessment

We review how you actually work and prescribe the tools that give you the most hours back. A prescription, not a build.

$1,000one-off

What you get

  • A structured interview about how your business really runs, day to day
  • A prescription of 3–7 tools, aimed at getting you 5–10 hours a week back
  • Off-the-shelf software or our own stack (an AI voice agent, a better website, database reactivation, reviews automation), whichever genuinely fits

Right for you if

  • You’re the owner and you’re buried in the weeds
  • You’re about to hire admin or estimating help
  • You want practical wins before anything custom
02

Build it

One production system, one outcome, deployed into your business and handed over running.

Usually after an Audit

Custom AI Build

Working software that reads your real data, does real work, and keeps running after we hand it over. One system, built for one outcome.

Scoped on a callBook a call

What you get

  • A system built around one outcome: money made, money saved or hours back
  • Deployed into your own stack, running on credentials you issue and can switch off
  • Checked before it ships: a second pass reviews the first, blind to its conclusions
  • A full record of what it does, what it verified and what it blocked

Who owns what

Your data, your configuration and your results are yours. The underlying engines and playbooks are IronHall’s; we keep improving them and use them for other clients. You’re buying a working system, not a patent.

Case study

See a build that runs every week.

For a commercial landscaping company we built a system that reads years of email, ranks every property manager out of 100, and drafts weekly outreach that the owner approves before anything sends. What it does, how it works, its guardrails and its results are all written up.

03

Run it

Ongoing work for companies that want AI doing real work in the business, month after month.

Ongoing

Managed AI Digital Employee

We host, run, monitor and tune an AI system as ongoing staff. It does the work. We keep it working.

Scoped on a callBook a call

What you get

  • Hosting, monitoring and tuning, handled by us
  • Human approval built in wherever it acts on your behalf
  • Adjustments as your business, your data and the tools change

Right for you if

  • You want the work done without hiring for it
  • You’d rather not own the maintenance

Ongoing · growing or established

AI Concierge

Done with you. Ongoing working sessions that turn your real workflows into working AI systems, plus research between sessions.

Scoped on a callBook a call

What you get

  • Regular sessions working on your actual workflows, not examples
  • Research between sessions, so each one starts further ahead
  • Systems your team keeps using after the session ends

Right for you if

  • You want the expertise without handing over your whole AI function
  • You want to build alongside us and understand what you’re running

Ongoing · established companies

Fractional Head of AI

An embedded executive who owns your entire AI function, about one to two days a week. Sometimes called a fractional CAIO.

Scoped on a callBook a call

What you get

  • One accountable owner for AI across the business
  • Priorities set by where AI moves the money, then implementation led to the end
  • Works alongside your executives, board, procurement and IT

Have an IT team?

Good. You still need this. A coder who builds software isn’t the same as someone who understands the business, spots where AI moves the money, and leads the implementation.

Beyond the Assessment, every engagement depends on scope. We agree the scope with you in writing before work starts, so the first step is a short call.

Who it’s for

Any company that can use AI to make money, save money or run leaner.

From growing businesses where the owner still does the quoting to established companies with executives, boards and IT teams. Specialty trade contractors are a natural fit, as are distributors, insurance brokerages, accounting, law and engineering firms, property managers and manufacturers.

We’re probably not the right fit if

  • You sell to consumers and want help with that. We work business to business.
  • You already have dedicated senior AI leadership in-house.
  • The hours an Assessment would win back wouldn’t yet pay for it.

An IT department or an in-house developer doesn’t rule you out. That’s usually exactly where we help.

Questions

Before you pick a service.

Not sure which one fits? That’s what the first call is for.

I don’t know which AI tools I need. Where do I start?

You don’t need to know. Start with the business problem: the job that costs you time or money. We’ll work out whether AI is the right tool for it. For growing companies that usually means an Assessment; for established ones, an Audit.

We already have an IT team. Is this for us?

Probably. Someone who builds software isn’t the same as someone who understands the business, spots where AI moves the money and leads the implementation. That second job is what we do. The only companies it doesn’t suit are ones that already have senior AI leadership in-house.

Do you only work with contractors?

No. Contractors are familiar ground, because that’s where our founder comes from. The industry is open: distributors, insurance brokerages, professional services firms (accounting, law, engineering, property management) and manufacturers are all strong fits. The requirement is a real job worth doing.

Will you tell me if AI isn’t worth it?

Yes. One validation job we ran put the same sceptical brief through three separate AI systems, kept apart so they couldn’t influence each other. All three said don’t build it, and that recommendation was accepted.

Who owns what you build?

Your data, your configuration and your results are yours. The underlying systems, engines and playbooks we build with are IronHall’s; we keep improving them and use them for other clients. You’re buying a working system, not a patent.

Where are you based?

Calgary, Canada. We take on clients across Canada and the rest of North America.

Not sure which one?

Tell us the problem. We’ll tell you where to start.

Sometimes that’s the Assessment. Sometimes it’s nothing at all. Either way you’ll get a straight answer.

  • What you’re trying to fix
  • Whether AI is genuinely the right tool for it
  • What it would take
